    Appears perfectly legitimate. It's a poor picture of the figures, but the box for Grimlock at least says "Dinobot Commander" on the front.

    It does seem odd that he has 5 sets available, but that's more than likely a listing error. (Probably misunderstood eBay's directions assumed that listing option was for 5 Transformers in 1 set instead of 5 sets of 5 as the auction states.)

    Also, he hasn't sold any of the other Transformers subject to recent counterfeiting.
