oh man, i remember when these KO dinos were a thing. i use to see them at the local chinese import shop here. i always wanted the sludge with wings i just never bought him. i think i would just spend my money on those pop snaps, smoke bombs and maybe some other stupid f'ing thing.

Rare ko purple grimlock. The candle was for haylie a little girl who use to post up transformers with her dad Jeff. I posted up on my ig page In memory of her . She lost her battle with cancer and to show appreciation I dedicated this to her . She loved purple and autobots . It was lite a candle in honor or everyone who battle lost and beat cancer . She was a spark in the sky now and always watching over .

Very cool! I really like the pre-history Slag that is silver blue and white. I had a broken one as a kid, but can hopefully find a good condition replacement eventually.

 

Hah. Some evil, foreign site has stolen your images... I see that a lot, chinese sites grabbing images of people's customs, usually from Stargate or Star Trek, sending you inferior replicas or nothing at all. (They EVEN stole this TOPIC TITLE! LOL.)

 

I managed to snag one of those green-armed Grimlock knockoffs a couple years ago... (like 200 some dollars! lol). Eventually, I'll finish the custom I bought it for... I know, sacrilegious, to parts out such a rarity. There was also a yellow-armed version as well.

So in the 90s there was an oversized red with gold flakes with electronics KO of slag, for the world of me i have searching for anything on it, any chance you know of this, there was also a dark green one

 

No but sounds interesting. I was a fan of the og style ones . There were some pretty cool ones even the Godzilla and the od neon ones even ones that four star made .

Are these all figures you have in your collection and if not, do you still have any information about some of those variance?

Specifically the sludge with the wings?

 

These are all in my collection. Sludge with wings is a ko . Can find on Ebay. I have a silver one also but it's rare. Also have the green one super rare haven't really seen much of them come up .

 

If you don’t mind me asking, what name might I use to find it on eBay?

I’ve tried a few different searches and have never come up with anything positive.
