Got another of these JinJiang dinobots done.

I sculpted in the upper section of his chest so I could slap a decal there.

This guy is really cool too. Best articulation and clearance to make use of it of the ones I've handled a lot so far. Still have Slag and Sludge to dig into though.
Only downside to him is not having those cool tail wings in bot mode. I considered cutting the tail shield in two and adding small pegs so they could peg into holes in the back of his shoulders, but the others have shields and I'd rather not toss in some extra parts-forming to complicate things. Plus the others have shields, so...
Also, the hollow legs don't bug me near as much as I thought they would. On this guy anyway.

A little too much red in dino mode for my taste but love the rest. Really has a FOC vibe going with it now.

So one thumbs up for lots of fiery glow effects and one thumbs down (assuming by "red parts" Autobotprowl means the orange glow effects).
I thought it would make the combined legs look nice to do the heavier glow effects in dino mode for Sludge and Snarl, but guys, if it doesn't look good let me know. 2 comments isn't exactly helping shape the final look of the set, and this is going to ebay so opinions do matter.
If it looks dumb let me know!

Great work, nice effects and detailing. It is great you can make these truly shine.

Edit: keep the effects. They make it part of the WFC/FOC esthetic.

Snarl sure came together nicely as well (as the others have).

I do think the glow effects have been well done, and are totally worth keeping. The whole G1 mixed with FoC vibes that you interpretations give off are sure to tickle a bunch of people's fancies when you do sell them!

a third excellent piece. Now that you have completed several of these, how difficult would you say they have been to break down and then reassemble?

If I may answer this. I've just finished disassembling and stripping the paint from my own Stego. They're really easy. Lots of screws, the vast bulk of which are the same size. The paint strips really easily, I was using Testors thinners and it came straight off. A few pins, but they knock out really well. Absolutely perfect for customizing.
