Try a bit harder.

1. He doesn't have "nipple tassles."

2. There's no parts on his chest that are chrome. The underlying chest is chrome.

 

He is talking about robot mode, the wing things on his pectorals.

 

I don't really care for either deco, but between the two, I might prefer this one.

 

the bemusing thing here is how people keep wanting chrome and the like, and hasbro consistently fails to use it right, so people hate it anyway. when WILL people learn to keep their mouths shut about things we know hasbro cannot get right?

 

Wow they took a great looking figure and ruined it.... Thanks hasbro for once again screwing us over her in the us. How much you want to bet that the takara version will have a nice orange chest with proper feet and wepon?

 

Guys, they did not neuter the feet tips. They are just flipped under the feet in the photos. And the weapon spikes are intact, it's just the angle they photographed the weapon at that is hiding them among all that dark plastic. So its a case of mistransformation and poor posing for the photograph .

But yeah, that chrome was poorly placed on the figure. They should have kept it gold like the toyfair display sample.

 

im not gonna stop collecting it, its just a letdown and another letdown it was fine the way it was, of course its a new model for the creative team to work with such little time they have, im sure of it.

 

The chrome is unpleasant, but I can live with it. I'm more concerned with that alt mode. Every picture that comes out makes it look goofier and goofier.

Hasblow's gotten way too big for their britches if they think they can dump on us with turdfests like this and still get us to buy it.

 

I don't mind the chrome albeit I am worried about the chipping issue. I hope this only affects the 1st batch of toys and the quality will improve in the future. The shoulder joints could've been better though. Still, it's not the end of the world. I will probably pick one up in the future.

 

I did as a kid.

And Grimlock, Slag, Swoop, Snarl and Sludge all looked different.

all these years Hasbro shows us chromed and fully painted version of the characters and never delivered but now that they cut costs by lowering detail , transformation , and character accuracy we now get CHROME!!!.... oooohhhh . Ya I ll pass and take back in its place the more movie accurate and detailed non-chromed figs thatnks.

I like that chrome is back. Just too bad it's on shitty movie toys. Which have to be rainbow colored, because of sales. LOL

 

Way to ruin the figure. Chrome is getting ridiculously garish recently. Just get rid of it. Chrome hubcaps or something, but not half of a figure's body. It's ugly.
