Imagine how many of those cryBaybe topics we're going to get, all either comparing things to or mourning the dead and gone for good movieverse...

Honestly I see it as the smaller they are, the more compact and durable they tend to be. They seem like the alternative, with them being able to be bigger, but then they've gotten smaller bodies to accommodate better armor.

How tall do you want her to be? She's already taller than Cybertronain Bee and about the same size as Cliffjumper. That sounds about right if we were to turn into a small hovercraft or car.

24ft makes so much more sense for Optimus than 16.

It doesn't say 24 feet, it says 24 inches meaning that's just the size of the actual figure. However, if you count the lines assuming each one is a foot, Prime should be a little over 19 feet which matches up with what 3A reported (roughly 20 feet).

He’s a flatnose truck. There’s not much room for a robot bigger than 20ft. In the 2007 movie, they specifically designed the CGI model to fit inside a long-nose truck, something they contradicted in AOE. Regardless, anything bigger than 20ft would be pushing it given the constraints of the alt-mode.

    *shrug*

Size is relative and variable in the Transformers setting, and, like real people, Transformers can grow and shrink over the course of their lives.

G1 Prime was, if I recall, 22 feet tall. Optimus Primal was like. What? 7 feet tall or so? Armada and Cybertron varied massively and even grew and shrunk further with their various DBZ powerups. Bayverse started out at 28’ tall, and was 30-32 by the final film. Prime Optimus was around 30 feet at the beginning, and ended the series closer to 40 feet. I don’t even remember all the different heights Optimus stood at in IDW.

I think 18 feet is plenty tall, but I wouldn’t be adverse to him being slightly taller in the next Knight/Bumblebee-verse film. Maybe 22 feet? It was good enough for G1, and should be good enough for here, and, not to mention, wouldn’t really be all that noticeable and could kind of just be waved off.

Optimus being 17ft is just absurd. He has always been depicted as being a big bot and making majority of autobots look like toddlers, I want him to be between 28-30ft, one of the few things i like in Bayverse was that they always made Optimus's presence known when he is either giving a motivating speech or entering the battlefield to wreck some Cons, his height plays a part in that.

I will admit that it feels right, but then the one that really messed scale up was Bee. He had to be that shrunken size for the movie scenes and it ended up downscaling. Ironically a bigger Bee would give better presence. If anything though, I always felt Prime in scaling was always around 22 feet at most. He's just been oversized in the Bay films to justify the Alt Modes, if anything. I like the idea of his size being a tad bigger though since the idea of him being large but also maintaining a gentleness was something that felt right (At least until suddenly everyone thought it was cool and okay to forego it and always choose killing even though other series has shown their Primes to go through MUCH worse). Maybe he could upscale while Megs downscales, but it seems that the size of the bots is dependant on the Alt Mode as per the usual anti-mass shifting rule they have in the Live Action Continuity, and they really want that Cabover to pull in the crowd that didn't seem to want what was being made until now (not that I'm complaining, I like both but I do like the BB Design more)

Wait, if the Yolopark Prime is 24 inches, what scale is it to? 1/10? 1/15?

I don't really care because I don't sit there and try to measure how big alien robawts are on tv.

@Music You know Nanny from Muppet Babies or any adult in Charlie Brown? Can we get OP and several other really big guys like that? Just cut off from the waist down. Waah waah noises are optional. ;)  :D

It's funny how you people were given so much space to complain about the Bay films but now that they're gone you want to insult the fans. Even from the perspective of a fellow non-Bay fan, it's embarrassing and puerile.
On topic, I don't really care, I prefer large WS Prime tho

I honestly am a middle ground, probably a marginal sleight to G1 more. I feel that honestly though at this point that it's true. They are beating a dead horse. I do however feel like rather than scorn the newer movie and being no different than the G1 Fans, I want to give this a chance to be it's own thing even if it feels like we can never leave the G1 Shadow. I feel I like G1, and I do like the evergreen designs, but I also feel like there's only so many times one can "reinvent the wheel"
