Lawsons Mudflap and Skids I also regret not buying - especially when I accidentally ended up with 2 Lawsons Blackouts.

This. I sold off my TT MP-10 (since the TRU MP-10 is more definitive to me) and pulled the trigger on the ACG-Con Metroplex (for the chrome and box art) from BBTS just this week. I never saw him at retail and kept putting it off. So glad I didn't wait too long and regret it later as this Metroplex is fantastic in every way.

My regret... TRU MP Grimlock, saw him three different times in store, but kept saying to myself "he'll hang around for a while like Wal-Screamer did in my area.:mad

RTS Lugnut, RTS Jazz, FE Bulkhead, ROTF Ransack, ROTF Knock Out, DOTM Target exclusive commander ironhide 2 pack, and Animated Blurr all come to mind easily.

Most of those I was just trying to save money so I passed on them when they were normal prices online. Only one I've come close to owning is RTS Jazz. Snagged the Ultimage Giftset with the G2 version.

I wish I had gotten more of the Binaltech/Alternator toys when they were out, but if I was to say a single toy, it would be the second run of MP Rodimus Prime out of Japan. I pray for a reissue a lot.

Generations Skids. Saw him, only had enough cash on hand for one deluxe, and walked out of Target with just Waspinator.

That's a facepalm moment right there. :lol

Ditto. Thank God he's getting re-released next year or I'd be royally screwed.

Not making the same mistake with Ultra Magnus, though.

    Not a Transformer, but...

A couple years back, I had the opportunity to pick up a set of all 4 Megazords from Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy. For $50. Something extremely dumb inside my stopped me from taking advantage of this amazing deal.

Nowadays, any single ONE of them runs ABOVE $50. I always kick myself whenever I remember this.

I'd call that a correct decision. Waspinator is awesome. Skids is just kinda... okay.

Yep. Regret not buying Cybertron Voyager Vector Prime at the store. Bought Scout Overhaul at that time, and now that I'm trying to complete the starting Autobots from Cybertron, I'm kicking myself for this mistake since its hard to find a complete Vector Prime for a reasonable price, whereas its easy to get Overhaul around the same price I paid to buy him, but oh well.

I regret not buying every one of those repainted ROTF Megatrons that I saw, because I could've sold them for $300 each a few months later.
