Since Lockdown was most probably on Cybertron at the time or he might have just left. But either or, did he knew or was aware of the plan Megatron made with Sentinel Prime before they entered in stasis lock on the Moon and on Earth, to save their planet?

Lockdown sees the Autobot-Decepticon war as a petty squabble between a bunch of immature fools, so even if he was aware of the stuff happening in the first three films he probably wouldn't care about anything Megatron, Sentinel or the Fallen were up to unless there was something in it for him, which there probably wasn't. He was most likely busy hunting down some alien like the badass, mechanical Boba Fett that he is.
I agree with this concept. Lockdown didn't seem impressed much with the whole war shenanigan and was likely more interested in making a few trophies and rewards for himself rather than any bullshit Decepticons/Autobots cooked up.
The Creators probably hired him to do a recall but the Knights and Optimus takes priority. Creators probably thinks of the Autobots and Decepticons as defects that rebelled against them, even if it was their ancestors. They keep a grudge. In the words of Jetfire if it was up to the Decepticons they'd probably destroy the whole universe. This whole freedom is the right of all sentient beings makes Autobots interact with other races. Creators don't like that because in their ordered universe races are segregated and are potential resources to exploit.

That is the correct question, yes. And I'm inclined to think they probably did know of Megatron's plans... up to a point. I doubt they knew Megatron was still somehow conscious and using the humans to create a new body for himself. I am intrigued and can't wait to see more of the creators and learn about their origins and motivations.
