I was just looking for Bestgrey's store over at Amazon, and nothing's coming up. Anybody know what's happening? Did BG go out of business or get taken down?

 

Do a search for "KO Transformer Masterpiece". It will pull up KOs and they say sold by BestGrey. Clicking on those items though takes you to the item's page and now says sold by MORETOYS. Maybe he changed his name and started over?

 

I decided to roll the dice on a MORETOYS order. The prices seem a little higher than Bestgrey's used to be. Eh, if MORETOYS is legit, I'll live with that.

Edit - Sent an e-mail inquiry through his website. Hopefully, I'll find something out.

 

Noticed that as well. He's usually my go to for KO MP and I wanted to see if he still had any Sideswipes. He still has listings up for some things but not as many KO MP as he used to.

 

I had emailed BestGrey thru his Amazon email to ask him about his store. He said there was some "problem" with his store. But he seemed confident that his store will be back up, and asked me to be patient

 

I normally go through www.bestgrey.com

He gives me 10% off by avoiding Amazon.

Wow, he was selling FT Stomp X for $400.  

 

Some of his prices make me wonder if he forgot to covert the price in yuan to the dollars, some of his prices are ok when you're like 20x more likely to have an Amazon gift card than an ebay/specialty retailer gift card. But the guy always seems to have good prices on KO MPs.

 

Yup. Just grabbed a KO Sideswipe for $30.

 

What I have notice is that his price on KO MP's and FT/DX9/Weijiang/KBB/BB7 products are usually comparable to TF-direct/US sellers, and most of the time the prices are better. But once he sells out his stock, he will increase his price a lot. For example, he had the regular FT Severe for $180, but it jumped to $250 once he sold out his stock. His stuff from other third parties such as Xtransbots/KFC/Maketoys/MMC tend to be more expensive.

 

He makes out on that deal since his Amazon fee is 15% lol.
