I wouldn't put anything part Bay lol. Any way to save some money here and there to add more here and there lol. I mean if they are willing to once again give us another Shockwave clone and reuse Crankcases desing for Hooligan who is also supposed to be a main Con, why wouldn't Bay reuse the longhaul design for Onslaught and as we seen that yellow Bot in the trailer? Remember, most of these TFs do actually share likenesses. There very well could have been Construction-type TF that took up arms for the Bots that look identical to some Cons, just different heads or slight different looks here and there.

 

This would also explain why we never got new concept art for them lol.

 

Onslaught the green tow truck and the yellow Bot that's down on the ground in the trailer also has Longhauls body.

 

Assuming Onslaught does actually have a part bigger than Blackout and Grindor.

to me, his torso appears to have the front part of the truck nose, like the trilogy optimus, and the same arms as mix master

Remember how long haul had the 2 halfs of his dump bed on his arms? Take those off and slap on the sides of the wrecker tow truck with wheels and there you go.
