I mean he seemed to be nice to Sam in the beginning of the movie. He offered to fix his car and he gave him a job reccomedation. He even seemed to be nice to Sam at his party offering him a drink and to relax. Now i know he had evil intentions (well i didnt know that first time ) but still i didnt know that...

He was just playing it up. They intended to make it look like Sam had no reason to dislike Dylan other than his clear attraction to Carly, so it makes his reveal as a human traitor more rattling.

I can sympathize with Sam at the beginning, because, well, how many of us have never felt romantic jealousy?

No. He was every bit the classic supercilious corporate douche. All that 'niceness' came across as extremely condescending.

Nope, I didn't like him in the beginning of the movie or in the end of the movie. Well first of all, I knew he was going to be a bad guy because something was smelling fishy with all the niceness in the beginning. Plus he was flirting with Sam's girlfriend, you just know something's up when that kind of stuff happens. But yeah, his personality gave him away. Too nice, and besides, who else was going to be Soundwave's friend?

Never liked him, and he was psyco since his daddy brought Soundwave home when he was a child.

Nope, I have to agree that entire his nice guy act came across as extremely condescending and more than a bit of lording his money/power/influence over Sam just to make himself look good in front of Carly. Dylan had no real intention of actually helping Sam out of any true sense of altruism but rather to show off to and eventually steal his girl (and get close to Sam and win his trust for the sake of the Cons, of course).

He's a slimy corporate creep, plain and simple, though the movie does seem to hint at a deeper relationship between Dylan and Soundwave (an anti-Sam and Bee, as it were) with the way Dylan seemed to "boss" Soundwave around (they at least have an understanding with the whole "no prisoners, only trophies" scene), and I really wish this was explored more.

No, I thought he was a douche, and was clearly putting his money in Spikes face, and he just wanted to show how much of a loser he was compared to him. Screw him. He got what he deserved.

He's smarmy, but doesn't quite get into serious moustache-twirling.

One thing I noted recently when watching the film, is that he seems rather perturbed that he can easily be eliminated.

I was thinking how his tone changes when he tells Sam how the Decepticons will kill Carly, and they will do the same to him (Dylan), and that's when he kind of loses his cool, because he does not want to die or be caughtas the human operative.

I'm sure he probably thinks there's something he will have control over in the Decepticon-controlled future, but he hasn't gone 'take over the world' psychotic about it.

Another good example is in the scene when Sam is dragged over the railing and dropped by Laserbeak. Dylan seems to show a little remorse.

Dylan is the kind of guy Sam is not.

Dylan is a cool, rich jerkass while Sam is a annoying douche.

I knew Dylan was bad from the start of casting, I had a feeling he was a Decepticon ally. Honestly Patrick Dempsey was fantastic in the role.

I had no idea Soundwave was going to have a friend. I didn't read the spoilers either.
