Okie! Diaclones anyone? C69 I think. Shining yellow and Blue Ultra Magnus. Okok..I know. The yellow is a lil too dark. Or golden. I cant seem to get it right with yellow..Oh well. In any case enjoy the limited pics. Tata!
So, that's Spark Attack Prime, Powered Convoy based Ultra magnus, right? I like the UM, and the way the yellow looks darker or lighter from different angles works great for spark attack Prime.
Spark attack Prime? Errr..Heheh! Actually, I had no idea except I was asked to do it in yellow and blue. Well, yeah. I shaded the yellow so that it looks different from multiple angles. Not so much with Blue as Blue's dark enough.
Excellent work, and the "Shining Magnus" looks the best of the bunch for me; the more golden yellow works well with the black tones, detailing and contrasting with the blue windows. Truck mode pics?
Ahah! Thanks! But Nope. I ain't gonna transform him. Dun wanna chip him unnecessarily. He may chip at the shoulders if transformed. I sanded that area more after making that mistake with the first henkei convoy but just to be safe, I wont be transforming him.
Lol, primary colors Prime!! Any plans to sabrinize a city commander armor set? I bet that would look pretty sweet and shiny.

Those look great. I don't know if I've ever mentioned it anywhere, but the blue Magnus was my first TF when I was little. I didn't even know it was a Magnus until a little bit ago, because when I was little, I had it with a Prime Trailer. Certainly brings some memories back.
Technically there are only two diaclone convoys. Battle Convoy (aka Prime) and Powered Convoy (blue prime/UM) the yellow was an ehobby exclusive called Shining Magnus. there are some confliciting info on the genesis of the yellow magnus. But suffice to say, it is NOT a diaclone.
I wouldn't worry too much about the yellow/gold. I think that is a cool color. I still can't get over how glossy they look. Is that laceur (sp?) paint? Can't wait to see the next in sabs' henkei line.
