i don't own a G1 Swoop to go with my other 4 G1 dinobots. Even if I did it wouldn't be animation accurate because the animation model used Diaclone color scheme. So until we get a proper generations Swoop I have this guy on the shelf with my Dinobots. As soon as I get some metallic gold paint I will finish the beak.

Thanks man. I need to do another coat of silver on the wings-especially around the yellow "missiles"- but I ran out. I'm going to pick some up tomorrow I hope. I think I might paint the red on the actual Titan Master blue as well.

Painting the beak alone is a massive improvement. That blue is beatiful too. If I ever seen one this will probably happen to it.

Thank you! The beak is a gold metallic paint pen from Walmart-I bleed the ink into a small saucer and apply with a brush. The blue is from a testors acrylic model paint set. I also clear coated with future.

 

What happened to the Autobot symbol on the wing after you painted the beak gold?

I painted over it due to a stray brush stroke. I've got a ton of decals and will probably just add another one.
