AmiAmi has updated my ticket re: DHL losing my package, offering a full refund or attempting to find replacements. I took the refund as replacement items are extremely unlikely (for example, a used DA19)

Overall, took about 10 days. Cant complaint about the turnaround for a Japanese company working with US shipping loss
