i just read online this is only being released in the US! that sucks major butt-cracks. i was looking forward to some more dmc.

Bought the game here at Target day1, it kicks alot of ass.
Went to TRU to get it but the guy was trying to tell me It was DMC (which I have ) that I wanted, he did'nt know about the special edition yet when they should've already had it. Dumbass.

But yeah, figured it as an all regioned game. Too bad you did'nt get it there. Was the best $20 game I ever bought.
Hope you all get the Metal Gear Subsistence game. The spec ed has 2 classig MG games as bounuses :rawk!

 

yeah, i preordered mgs3 special ed. im gutten about dmc though.

 

I STILL haven't played DMC3. I just can't find it anywhere. Same goes for the Special Edition.

And yes, I'm definately getting Subsistence this week. Can't wait to play all the extras, online play, plus, I'll finally be able to play all the MG/MGS games made thus far in chronological order. The problem is that I don't know what to do first as soon as I get Subsistence. So many extras.  

 

I have to wait til Sunday til I can play my MGS3: Subsistence.  

But, on the other hand, my housemate just let me borrow his DMC3, and I can see why they might have felt an "Easy" mode was warranted in the special edition..jeebus!

 

Subsistence supposed to arrive in stores today. EGM has a kickass review on it. Got 10's
Should be able to find it online. Classic Snake still reminds me of Kyle from Terminator

MGS3: Subsistence has all the mgs games so far? you mean like mgs 1 on the playstation? freakin hell!

 

No, even better; it has Metal Gear 1 and Metal Gear 2 from the NES days. Why is this so extraordinary?

Metal Gear 2 was NEVER released in the states, but it a critical piece of the MG mythos.  

EDIT: Just wanted to confirm, though, that it does NOT have MGS1 or MGS2 included. Just the two NES Metal Gears.

 

Picking up MGS 3 Sub. after work I think I will get the limited edition version.      

I have DMC 3 already not the special edition but, can't beat the first level yet! LOL only gave it like 5 minutes of my time. Busy with NFS Most Wanted, Black and finishing RE 4 on Hard this time.    

 

Don't forget that MG1 and 2 have been OFFICIALLY translated so they fit in better with the MGS story.

 

Subsistence ho! I'll be gettin that for sure.
