I've been looking into finally picking up ML Soundwave and was wondering what his scale was with DL Blaster? Is he more of a deluxe size or somewhat bigger? I don't know why but, from the production shots, I get a voyager vibe from him. Either way, if someone wouldn't mind posting a picture of the two of them side-by-side, I would be much obliged. Thanks!
DL Blaster is great, but needs a weapon. If you've got a spare lying around that'll come in handy, he's got standard size fists. Like any good parent, he can also tear his own stomach apart to re-insert his children into his womb. He currently bears Rossana, and thus has a pink heart. Bless. (And as the picture above shows, he looks damn good with Music Label Soundwave, and Classics in general. )
I wish I could get him. But (as I've mentioned elsewhere) I spent way too much at BotCon and for my birthday. I'll be lucky to weasel the Protector armor out of my wife for Christmas.
So it appears Device label blaster is a smaller to medium sized voyager sized toy like some animated voyagers. Device label blaster obviously isn't a deluxe sized toy. because he's so bulky & wide in robot mode. also deluxe sized toys come with less toy parts than voyagers & upwards. it looks like a must get toy. but the high price is just too much.
please can you get a tape measure. then measure the robot mode from head to toe. please, also measure the alt mode. thanks in advance.
Tell you what - Even after some 9-10 months of cancellations/delays, He was well worth the wait. Sure he might be a little expensive for a voyager (& the internal wiring may limit a bit of his leg articulation), But if you're like me & that repaint of Cybertron Soundwave just doesn't cut it... I picked up mine for $59 It's a shame he didn't come with a gun (MP3 Player Soundwave got weaponry but Blaster didn't? What the?) but a bit of scrounging around my leftover pile will surely give him something fitting...
