Played Trials just for fun and to clear bounties. (Much better in my opinion) couldn't get more than 3 wins. Oh well had fun. Got the Gloves and the Machine Gun.
Watcher Style gear drops at 260ish, proper Trials armour drops between 300 and 310, lighthouse drops between 310 and 320. Just finished up my second flawless, once again no losses. Well, not entirely true, but I don't like to count it because one guy lagged out so it was 2v3. So from those Lighthouse runs I got the adept Scout Rifle and Adept Pulse Rifle. Not bad. Still haven't finished my gold tier bounties One more game to complete on each character.
So, I just soloed the Black Spindle. But, the game fucked me! I killed the boss, but the timer kept counting down and then I lost. No gun. Nothing for me. Thanks for nothing, Bungie!
You do? Shit. Then I guess you can't solo it. You know the really shitty thing is one of those shield guys knocked be behind the stairs and I was trapped for the better part of a minute between them, the wall, and some kind of barrel.
I am jealous, that Adept Scout will be my must have for Y2. I was two away from Flawless when suddenly we met Team MLG. It went 5-0 before I could even blink. What perks did you get for your two Adept guns? Also did anyone see any shaders or ships drop for Trials?
Well, tried it again with some people. We tried several times, but we just couldn't clear the adds in time. We just kept getting hung up on stupid stuff. But mostly the game would cheat. I spent a lot long trying to snipe those snipers in the second room than I should have behave even though my shot was true, it somehow missed. Some kind of weird lag.
Back when I did it our team had two of us out killing blights and adds and one guy focusing on the boss. Blights only respawn 3 times and then adds stop spawning once they are gone. We had a stormcaller a sunbreaker and whatever the hunter bow is called Just using supers as soon as we get them and it all went pretty easy, I would imagine now that people will have alot higher weapons and gear that this should be a breeze.
I got Third Eye on the Inward Lamp and Target acquisition on Reflection Sum. Did another flawless run yesterday just to help a friend, so no loot. Had some fairly nice round wins though, when it boiled down to 3v1! Badass sniping. Sunsinger saves the day.
Use the pipe on the left side of the room to jump up and rush the snipers. I usually jump up there with my Exotic Sword to kill them quickly.
I was playing crucible salvage today i was getting one shot in the Chest by a player using a 5 attack sniper rifle and my hunter is 259 light. How is PSID name A6Man feed getting one shots with a 5 attack sniper rifle is this player cheating?
No. Light levels only matter in Iron Banner and Trials. Dat way noobs and casuals can play with the big guys. If he was neither of those he was trying to troll you.
It is horse shit i shot a player with my Hereafter did i get a one shot hell f..king no. So how the hell was this player getting them? IT IS HORSE SHIT.
I really don't know about balancing lately in destiny. PVP feels off, and even in single player, lower level enemies take about as much to kill no matter what gun you're using, being year one or two. It feels as though higher level enemies for the harder activities are definitely strong and hard to take down, but everything under that in no way takes into account your damage. TFCustoms91- odds are the reason you're not getting kills as easily as you see others get kills is probably the same issue Destiny has face for over a year now- lag. It ranges from minor issues, like causing you to miss a head shot, to major issues where players are in totally different spots then where you actually see them. Destiny relies on each players connection, and generally that is not reliable in a fast paced, twitch reflexes game mode.
Luck in the chamber most likely. If it wasn't that then your health was low enough for a body shot to kill you. Other than luck in the chamber though, there is no other way that someone could one shot you in the body.
