Thought it was alright. Started to get turned off with Kumar's role. Got way the hell more turned off with the General's warmongering. Hey Sutherland- go back to playing Jack Bauer.
I'm hanging around for episode 2... Kiefer was saying in an interview .. later we'll see if Power corrupts this everyday man or will he use his Power to overcome those who are corrupt around him. Starts in another minute.
Really enjoyed episode 2. Looking forward to more of the series. Kiefer Sutherland is doing a really great job making the president approachable and practical.
I know this is a blast from the past, but I really enjoyed the first two seasons, but I'm having a hard time getting through the third. They ramped up the swearing x10 and added uncomfortable sex scenes seemingly for the sake of being edgy. I was turned off by it. If they adhered to the original formula, this show probably would have kept going. Furthermore, they wrote off a few characters without getting mentions when the third season started.
The show got cancelled twice, first by ABC and then by Netflix. so doubt anything really would have saved it
The unnecessary cursing and the mysterious absence of key characters certainly didn't help the show's cause.
