hmm, Primals 'bot mode looks better here than before. quite a departure from his previous forms. still ndecided, and where did his beast mode go wrong? (cool that his arms are his back legs though)

Megatron is amazing. best beast Megs by a mile.

i like both of these designs. Primal's beast makes me think they should've used that design for him in Beast Machines.

Poor, poor Primal. It's like someone crossed Transmetals 2 with Planet of the Apes.

Megs still kicks ass. I've always loved the original mold (OK, I got his recolor as T-Wrecks), and I respect that they gave him back his hand in the RM mold (even if the actual toy was flimsy and weak). Hopefully this new mold will be the best of both worlds.

Megatron definitely looks outstanding. Very cool update of the original design.

Primal... actually might look a whole lot better if there were more black on him. His color scheme, IMO, is what really knocks him down a few pegs. Were they afraid of black for once? But, he is growing on me, and I actually sort of like him... still no comparison, though. Original Ultra still blows him out of the water, especially Takara's updated remold version.

I really like Primal as a toy. I think it's a terrible representation of the Primal character, but taking it as someone entirely new in the Cybertron-verse I think he's pretty kickass, and I really like his gorilla mode too.

I just hope against hope that it's not the case as it seems that the Skyboard is just an accessory with a force chip gimmick in that isn't integrated into either mode, because that seems kinda lazy.

I'll probally buy Megs, it seems I'm just sticking to preds for the 10th anniversary line.

We've all heard the money-trukk arguement on primal, well this monkey looks like he got hit by a truck. I'm picking up the Japanese two-pack for a good Primal, I never got the original Megs, so I don't mind picking up both. Since I have TM & TM2 Megs, as well as Armada Predacon, having the Taraka remold of the original, and the Hasbro mold which I will consider his pre-Beast Wars form, will make a very Megatron lineup.

The Hasbro primal would fit in nicely in the cybertron line, but I wouldn't buy it then anyways.

Megatron looks so evil. I like it. Primal looks so wise, like a true leader. I want to get them both.

I think they both look great. Megatron is definitely the better design though. I thought these were going to be a deluxe two pack. Are these going to be individually sold with their own DVDs? I'm hoping for "Gorilla Warfare" for Optimus myself. I'm not sure which episode best showcases Megatron though.

Megatron looks really good in those pics but I didn't like how he looked at all in the Toyfare.

Ughh! I'd rather get the Takara Beast Wars Reborn set. Cartoon accurate figures are always a must for my collection. These look like fantasy kitbashes... highly-detailed, though (I'll give them that).

IF Primal DOES come with some melee weapons like his scimitars than I would buy him. Right now....I dunno Im on the fence on the design and I hate it when the wrists are positioned like that and cant be rotated!

What made the original primal awesome was all the internally stored weaponry. I hope we still get some of that here but right now Im cautiously optimistic.

I like both the figures and I'll be getting these because they are more in scale with the other Beast Wars figures.
