So that's a simple mod I'm sharing tonight. Lots of carving and strugles on finding a half-back head to match but it worked just as planned. BTW I used Classics Ironhide head. Fully tranformable, no partsforming.
Cool. I've been wanting to do this. I'm assuming you cut a hole in the plastic in front of his face/head mount. How does it look from above, in robot mode.
You gotta cut part of the orange flat inner area of the front part of the car, the one which folds down and turns into the upper chest carefully then you unscrew the head from the tiny headmaster figure. The hardest part is to find another fitting half for the head, I used Classics Ironhide. Then you attach a balljoint to the head, do some sanding work on the carved parts and voila. Here are the parts I used before carving the inner part of the vehicle front piece.
This is a pretty good mod. Hmmm, what are you gunna do with "Firedrive" A.K.A Firebolt and Hotrod's weapons? You gunna Mod em' into a Targetmaster-esque set-up?

Ah he had the same idea i have...i was already gonna demolish classic ironhides head to do it. Well glad to see the end result is... A fit lol
