Headcanon (or cannon, because it's a tank? heh) for me is this one's a fembot, mainly because I don't have a lot of them in my collection yet and I've been playing a lot of Deep Rock Galactic, where all the heavy machinery have female names. :)

ah, so I just got around to tf'ing this guy and my copy's crotch was misassembled. I thought it was going to be a rough go, but it was quite easy. Zero excessive force, just easy turns of the screwdriver. :D

The only thing bothering me about this figure was the upside-down crotch piece. Turns out it's not so difficult to fix so he's perfect to me now!

I see batch two of these will be shipping soon from ShowZ, I have caved in and placed an order. It should be a nice xmas present to self, I hope there are no breakages and perhaps with a bit of luck the crotch piece will be assembled the correct way up on this batch.

I got mine, antenna intact, not that long ago. It's a damn nice first effort from the company for a transforming figure and a damn good price for it too. I think I found a better way to arrange the weird arm tread stuff to make it less messy, by turning the whole thing around so that the treads curl back instead of forward into the arms. Also found a weapon for the poor fella. Had an old 1/144th diecast knock-off Grand Slam sword from Gundam SEED sitting around for years since I never really found a use for it, turns out it fits well in their hand and they can wrap the fingers around it with a good grip. Oh, right, and swapping the hip armor piece to be the right orientation was easier than I expected to be but I already had a good quality precision screwdriver set from doing this sort of stuff so go figure.

How did it break? Is there anything I should be wary of?

@Pcm979 mine just broke from "normal" transformation". I tf the figures a few times back and forth and trying to "figure" things out and then I think I went to compress...and snap. ;)
I think if you just tf it normally you won't have any issues, but mileage may vary.

I sure hope they downsize this awesome figure one day. I want it, just in smaller bite scale ;)

Clipping those pistons can be a little tricky sometimes, I think I applied force on a wrong spot when transforming him for the first time and earned a nasty stress mark. User error but I think this guy can be fragile in some areas. I'm glad ShowZ solved it though

Now you mention it, I noticed they really didn't like being flexed in certain ways when I was moving the turret about. I'll be more careful from here on.

Hi all, I'm new to these transforming, expensive figures and I am still learning! The Metal Slug transformer is my first and I have a problem - one leg is longer than the other? I'd appreciate any and all help/insight you could give me

I just received mine and I guess it's a new batch, as the antenna are packed separately with screws and a screwdriver. I appreciate the thought as they were intact and easy to install. The crotchplate was assembled correctly as well.

Lovely figure, and probably one of the best purchases in terms of value. Hefty feel, good ratchets and engineering and intuitive transformation. Love it!

This guy is one of the best feeling and executed figures I've picked up in a long time. I'm Extremely happy with mine. Batch 2 does have the antennas separated for you to install and correct crotch orientation.

Can you take a picture of what yours looks like? There should not be any leg extensions for the transformation. There is a double joint at the knee connector and that's all I can think of that could be off. Maybe one of the hips are flipped backwards somehow?
