Looks like I got a Starscream with an “Oops” from ShowZ. His left side is missing a bit and it doesn’t look like it fell out, but broke off.

Don't panic just yet. Mine looked the same when I got him. But turns out he was just mistransformed. You should be able open the chest and flip that lower torso piece down to match the other side. Unless of course, it’s missing altogether.

I took a peak after several hard pries on the chest and YES he was mistransformed!

Now I just need to untab some stuff in his chest to open it up and get it out and put it back in

Geez did they superglue the tabs in his faux cockpit? I can't pry it open without tearing hard or doing a bit of chipping.

I did it!! My old man had to get the tabs and open the cockpit up, but I got it! Some paint unfortunately rubbed off during the process but if it fixes the issue all sacrifices are needed to be made

I’m not going to transform him. I think I’ll transform the maketoys screamer I have so I can pose him all I want.

    Heyooo!

I got the MP52 head with light up eyes and it's like... 10% smaller than DS's. The socket for the ball joint at the top of the neck is also smaller, so I'd need to sand it if I wanted to swap the entire head. For now, just using the faceplates is ok for me. The only thing is I'll have to paint the eyes red unless I want a dead looking Starscream hahaha

yes, is well documented. The MP faceplates are ever so slightly loose, but can work fine.

Yep! You can use MP52 faceplates on DS01. They're very slightly loose, but not to the point they don't stay in place. DS01 has a longer chin though. Oh and the color for the face and helmet are completely different, so the faceplate of mp52 on the ds01 helmet looks a bit off. I'll post some pics tomorrow morning.

Definitely would love to see that.

I think DS-01 is an amazing Starscream, I think he can benefit from additional faceplates for many expressions.

Screamer is an expressive dude, moreso than Megatron.

    CROWN 1.jpg
    CROWN 2.jpg
There is no place for the cape to clip on. The mounting clip with this set is designed to fit with the back of MP-52 exactly. Although you may be able to create something yourself to hang the cape on.
The shoulder pads are exactly the same size as the Deformation Space Shoulders. I think you'd need to carve them up pretty close to nothing in order to fit them over the shoulders properly. So close, but the Deformation Space shoulders are just a tad larger than MP-52's. I've currently got them balanced on the tips of the Null Rays.
The crown is on his head, but it really doesn't fit down correctly. You could kind of tip it forward to make it look like it fits better.

Now the throne is cool. If your bot can sit, then the throne works. DS Skywarp is doing a good job showing off his sitting skills. The front waist flaps on my DS Starscream don't want to flip up far enough for his legs to bend and really sit down. Looks like I'd need to do some filing and oiling in order to get Starscream down into a proper sitting position. Guess the tolerances loosened up by the 3rd figure so the flaps move more freely.

As SquishyOH wrote, most of this set is very hard to use with DS Starscream.
The crown sits very loose on the head, due to it`s size.
    Scream Crown.jpg
As for the shoulderpads: They could fit, if the clips on the inside are removed. However, this will of course result in shoulderpads, that sit loosely on the shoulders.

You can pretend, that Starscream sits on the throne, but the wings will actually keep him from sitting down.

Good to know what to expect from the set. I bought the throne for Megatron in the first place. And Sovereign can get the crown to stomp on it! :D

Finally got the symbols on the wings, and I'm contemplating wether or not to paint the squares...
Its only tape at the moment, just to get a feel for it

When you aren’t transforming him he is a amazing figure. Tons of articulation, feels solid quality wise (not just from diecast) with plastic being pretty sturdy. Both bot and jet are definitely awesome.

Just a pretty poor transformation with no clearance.
