this looks amazing, love the size is better than the MP-52 but curious if some one can whip out the old tape measure and give us an no kidding measurment. I am guestimating it to be at 10-10 1/4 inch.

The transformation on this guy is a journey and a half, but at the same time very rewarding. There were a lot of times I went oh baby that's a neat transformation bit. That sunbow Starscream turned inside out and turned into a pretty decent F-15. With that being said, I want a Tcracker and Skywarp.

can you show us what it measures. Everything I see on websites lists it at 9.84 inches which is the same as MP-52 so I know that is not accurate. I'm curious what the actual no kidding measurement is on this

Standing straight up, I get just over 8.75" top of head, about 9.25" to top of intakes.

thank you, the 9.85 must be the jet mode I guess.

i have him standing feet together and to his pylons he's just a few ticks shy of 9.5 inches

in alt mode he's like 13.5 inches frome tip of nose to back of fin

alt mode definitely not 9.8 inches - not from any point like nose to exhaust (that's like 12 inches there)

Got mine today, and sure enough there's a big 'ole paint scrape on a chest piece. My MP52 also had several paint issues, guess I'm destined to have a Starscream with paint issues.

I’d like to think they did it because it’s funny as hell. :)
I mean, it’s not a mistake, and it’s not because someone rushed. It’s very deliberately altered in a specific way. The goofy vertical stabilizers (they aren’t mistransformed because they can’t be folded like that), the fuselage being translucent to show the peekaboo head. Its like they said, “we want the cover image to be really dorky looking. People complain about the visible head so make sure to highlight that!” I want more like this. :D

Anyone own the new MP Thundercracker yet?

Any cracks on him? How about his ankle posts? Was everything pretty much fixed up from Starscreams release?

I’m “afraid” to ask in the official section. Really don’t want wade through all the “Daddy Takara” worship and praising for a (non-)answer.

My official Starsceam “only” had/has two issues. His ankle posts weren’t cracked or gnarled up; but he couldn’t stand for dogshite and I had the small crack on the tail fin base … thing.

I am awaiting a v2 for DS Starscream and will likely wait and see what happens with their TC and SW.

Only 1 person has it in hand so far and no cracks there.

Whilst that member comes around here from time to time; he’s made it clear time and time again where his “loyalty” mostly is.

Not trying to knock him, honestly; but I think I’ll wait for someone else’s opinion.

    Edit: I appreciate it though.

Mine finally arrived after 10 days in limbo since arriving in the US. Outside of a small paint blemish on one of the forearms, it looks quite good.

Get it replaced. I'm all for overlooking minor issues but a big ol' paint scrape is too much.

I don't spend a ton of time on the official side but when I've been there I just haven't seen all that much of this rivalry. I feel like it's really overblown. The only threads I can think of that I spent any real time in were MP Arcee and MP Skids and I just didn't see that much tension on the subjects of their 3P counterparts even though they were compared quite a bit.

Ywah, I will reach out to ShowZ and see what they can do. If it was somewhere else I probably wouldn't mind, but not right on the chest.

Due to the unpainted red that has a matte finish on it, any attempts I feel will just screw up the finish.
