So my CW landed in O'Hare on the 7th but has crawled since so ... insert image of Spidey sitting at his desk here.

(Meanwhile ... I have new bots unopened at home.)

Has it occur to you that: maybe KO didn't change, it's official's quality and price slide to very shitty state?

While there is definitely a drop in official quality, the quality of a KO also went up significantly.

After circling the neighborhood the past 3 days, it seems, they finally delivered today. To be fair, 16 days from China to Kentucky for the free shipping option isn’t anything to complain about!

Anyway, everything showed up fine, no issues with the packaging or anything. And, I’m happy to report that there doesn’t appear to be any issues or blemishes on the figure at all. The only joints that are scary stiff are the front hip flaps. The nullray pegs/ports are tight like everyone else’s. The hands are awesome. The joints are tight but not too tight and there’s zero slop anywhere on the figure so far. It feels like a quality product. I’ll try TF’ing him after I get drunk tonight. Haha! Thank you all for enabling me!

if i could do it over again, i'd skip officials and get these. back then my mind was going with the flow of "not toon accurate" enough. its a good thing teh voodoo guys weren't toon accurate. i knew they looked better but back then i thought lets go with the toon look. years later i regret it. oh well. salus is great!

ShowZ. I already sent pics and asked if they’re able to send me the parts. Fingers crossed!

Aside from that, and what looked for all the world like a giant smear of dried snot on his canopy that wiped off with water, MARVELOUS figure. It just oozes character and quality. Now I just need to pop some beta blockers and dive into the transformation.

I received my copy from ShowZ two days ago and I'm all in for this set. It just feels fantastic in hand, poseable, and cleans up amazingly well. Yeah the plane mode has some aesthetic short-comings, but it's solid as a rock and arguably on par with a lot of the other offerings in alt mode. Bring on the repaints and coneheads. Now what to do with my MP 2.0 Starscream and Maketoys seekers..

“Well yes the flaps are missing but that’s merely a temporary malady. Can you imagine if I had a cracked tailfin, bad ankles, a cheap spray tan and was vertically challenged? Er…even more vertically challenged?”

Ouch, that's unfortunate. Hopefully, you'll be sent parts soon.

Get ready for slow going first transformation. The clearance on parts can be very tight. There should be little to no parts contact but you'll need to be precise in maneuvering.

That would be great. The colours are one of the few things that holding me back, since I don't like the light gray. But toy colours would be even better.

I'm pretty sure it won't happen. Not only because outside of that one legends figure posted, I don't think we've ever gotten a toy based deco for Starscream. MP-3 Walscream was a little bit toy with the dark blue, but not toy gray.

But also, if DS is indeed the same company as TE then I further suspect same-character repaints are unlikely. I'm still hoping for a more toy based Mirage.

    Received mine.

Shock grease for those arm cannon posts was a wise thing of me to use. Trying to stick them in without would have ended badly. They are/were tight as hell!

Transformed mine back to bot mode from plane and it was alot easier. Sitll have some slight clearance issues rotating the wing but it was alot smoother.

Just ordered mine minutes ago, now the long wait starts. For me this guy looks great and is the best version of starscream going aesthetically speaking. Super hope they make skywarp and thundercracker
