According to Hasbro's most recent announcement, Deep Space Starscream won't be out until June 22nd (scroll down to the bottom of the page) while the Target Allspark deluxes are mid-April releases. With Animated toys debuting on the 22nd, many wallets will be hurting.

Wow... those Allspark-powered repaints of the first line of movie figures are colossal failures. I'm not sure why they chose that abhorrent shade of cyan to represent "allspark power" but whoever decided they should apply it liberally to existing figures deserves to get their walking papers. :p

Barricade's face seems to take a lot of the Allspark blue. It's not so bad if Starscream comes out as the same time as Animated. Right now, we're in a lull until the Premium figures and the other store exclusives come out and most of them are repaints which probably some of the members will skip. I do want some of those Premium figures.

Yeah, those Allspark repaints are ridiculous. I pity the completists who feel compelled to pick them up. What a waste of repaints... they could have done something so much more creative and aesthetically pleasing with those figures.

Deep Space Starscream, on the other hand, is bee-yoo-tiful. I can't wait for that one... definitely my second most anticipated Premium repaint, after Megatron.

Starscream looks pretty cramped and uncomfortable in his plastic coffin there.

Already Wal*Mart and Target release notices in the last 24 hours. I wait for the inevitable Toys 'R Us exclusives press release.

Seems odd that Deep Space Starscream will wait until June 22nd. I figured that would be the date that stores would try to be rid of their movie space. While this could be the only movie figure left on the shelves by this time, I wonder if stores will keep the movie line on shelves as a second line until Universe hits in the fall.

I'm so glad I didn't pick up the G1 Target Redeco of Starscream (I just find the Thundercracker head really ugly) cuz this Deep Space paint job looks to be the best paint job yet on that mold.

All the others though are sort of lame.

Really? These are ridiculously redundant. Bring on the Animated stuff. How many Concept Bumblebees will I Have by the end of the Movie Line! Just in time for the new BB to come out for TF2 LOL.

I want Deep Space Starscream. The other movie premiums are suppose to hit the shelves in April. So having to wait until the June 22 sucks.

June 22nd? Wow, I was hoping he'd be here sooner. What with the rest of the store's getting their exclusives now or very soon.

That's what I've been thinking - Hasbro is milking the Movie line for all it's worth with Premium this and that, and (assuming the movie isn't delayed in some way), we'll have Transformers 2 toys out in just over a year.

Wow, its funny that they posted little development comments before each exclusive figure (on both the Target and Walmart pages) except for the AllSpark Deluxes.

Well, we figured we were going to milk this line dry, so we took the existing Bumblebee toy and slapped some light blue paint on him and put him in a round package.

They had their chance to make Movie stunticons and movie Aerialbots... but they dun failed.

I guess these are supposed to appeal to people who missed the movie cast color schemes? Maybe they have market sales figures that say there is still a market for movie-colored characters.

    FREAKIN' A!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I couldn't stand the wait any longer, so I just bought the regular tan Starscream at a Wal-Mart on Saturday!!! :(

Actually, he looks too silver to me. I thought he'd be darker, so I'm easy. I'm not keen on Premiums anyway (which I'm going to debate on whether or not I should get Megatron).

The Starscream is nice, if I ever saw him I'd pick one up.
Being where I am though I probably never will, unless this is one of the Target exclusives Tesco's randomly decides to sell.

Sorry Hasbro, I'll be buying Animated by then.
