So on 1/06, I ordered Breakdown and Scraphook. On 1/07 I ordered Legacy Twincast and another Breakdown for a buddy. Yesterday I got a tracking number for Breakdown, and it's live and functional.

This morning I receive emails saying both my Breakdowns and Twincast were all canceled and I've got a refund already processing for one Breakdown and Twincast on PayPal. The order status on the MU site doesn't tell me shit, they all just look like regular, open orders.

So now the preorder pages for Wave 2 Breakdown, PR Wheeljack and Arcee, and Voyager Twincast are all gone.

I'm not mad, hell I was shocked to even see a preorder for Twincast. But their website seems to be kind of trash when it comes to updates.

So now I'm wondering what the hell they shipped me? Is it Breakdown? Is it a rock? Who knows? It's going to be an adventure finding out!

Agree. Site is shit. Only updates with tracking number a day or 2 after shipping. But those low ass prices tho!

Rookie question, if I pre-order items with my debit card (not PayPal) does Deep Discount take my money out right away? How hard is it to cancel?

I have MP-57 pre-ordered from TCP, est arrival Feb, and supposedly it’s out in Japan by the end of January.

Deep Discount says May 1, and I believe that’s the Hasbro Pulse date, but I’m skeptical Deep Discount will/can fulfill MP-57 if I preorder from them?  

 

No. Only take $ right away if used paypal. Need to email them via the email portal on their website to cancel. They take a day or 2 to respond.

Does anyone know how deepdiscount/MU is with MPs? I’ve had great luck with mainline stuff fulfilled and coming in early from them and curious if that would be the same with the MP stuff. I see Trailbreaker is out but MU still has it up for preorder.
