    I'm having trouble deciding between the PE Ultimate Form of PE Reflector. Any personal thought and insight into these sets will be appreciated. Thanks

    I would get PE Reflector. You are getting three super awesome figures that turn into a camera. I think City Commander is more than complete if you have the upgrade missiles and gun to go with it from FP.

    PE Reflector is one of my favorite figures.

    PE Ultimate form is already outdated as you can get the Lazer Beak and Buzzsaw instead of that coloring they are using. Unless of course you want it just for the Alt modes.

    Definitely Reflector. All three are super-poseable and they have a ton of cool accessories.
