If they restarted the War again and with today's technology, both Autobots and Decepticons being a threat to each other and while their both strong, who would win the war, by winning the war I mean the other side gets killed, which side will win and? Autobots or Decepticons? don't forget they're both using todays advanced and enhanced technology.

 

Like in our latest tv show? TF-Prime? Lasers and fusion cannons?

Or like the Movies? With bullets and artillery shells?

I'm kind of confused on this one...even in the 80s, Transformers had more advanced technology than we have now. They adopted disguises that now look like old technology, but I don't think that would change all that much.

Even by today's standards, Transformer technology is still way more advanced than anything on Earth, so the outcome would be no different.

However, if you want to get really technical about it, since the Autobots usually get humans to side with them, we humans have more advanced technology (and weapons) now than we did in the 80's, so the Autobot's advantage would be even greater.

 

Or our attempts to aid the Autobots would just make us bigger targets for the Decepticons.

Imagine a scene where global forces show up to a battle with exosuits railguns. Megatron turns to the seekers and says: "I now declare open season on fleshlings. Good hunting."

Not necessarily. We're hardier than that and I find it hard to believe even a dedicated squad of Seeker hunters could eradicate humans. Decimate the population centers maybe, if they get to catch us by surprise, but eradicate without causing some sort of cataclysm to Earth itself I don't see happening. And the other side to that coin is that while they're focusing on the small, monkey-like things that are fairly vicious themselves, the Decepticons have STILL got the Autobots shooting back at them too, who are getting aid from the Con's targets, or at the very least don't have to worry about getting shot by them.
