Any episodes focusing on decepticons? Like Soundwave? Also, just wondering, what is regarded as the best episode?

Patch seemed to be pretty damn Decepticon-centric.

Crossfire - focused on Airachnid, Megatron and Dreadwing
Patch - Focused on all Decepticons bar Soundwave
Rock Bottom - The main story arc going on was Starscream and Megatron
Partners - The main story arc of Starscream's life falling apart over season 1 ends here.
The One Shall Rise four parter - Megatron is arguably the main character of the season finale besides Optimus.
Masters & Students - the main plot focus is on Starscream trying to establish his rule over the Decepticons. Skyquake and the science fair are side plots.
Loose Cannons could be a half Decepticon episode thanks to Dreadwing.

Overall, an argument could be made that Starscream is the main character of season 1. His story arc carries on in the background of most episodes and he is absent only from the season finale. His life falls apart thanks to his own stupidity as Megatron will point out in Patch, and he has an almost existential crisis in which he realizes he should serve no side in the war. If the main Autobot character is Arcee and the main human is Jack, then the main Decepticon is Starscream, at least in season one. All three characters are pretty out of focus the whole of season two, Starscream being a B plot usually.
