Hi! Thought I'd post up what I've done- he's not 100%, still putting finishing touches on him, but he's very nearly complete, so without further ado, here's my take on Dead End! Evasion Mode. Shutting down all power to alternate mode and soley maintaining a cybertronian's robot form, it renders its disguise completely non-functional- nothing more than an empty shell. Only used by a Cybertronian under the most dire of circumstances. Such was the case when a severely wounded warrior crash-landed on earth. Heavily damaged, he scanned the nearest available vehicle and ceased further activity. It did not matter that the vehicle he scanned was a rusty old rain-battered wreck to begin with. For years he slept, until the faintest resonance of energon roused him from slumber into a hateful wrath. Present day "Ratchet- recalibrate for evasion mode and target the vehicle on your six- NOW!" It was highly unlike Optimus to shout almost in...desperation, but the old medic turned swiftly, his medical blades extending where his hands used to be.....just as he was able to update his leader about his mistake.... the wreck exploded into life, parts reshuffling with a violent, creaky clanging. Ratchet stepped back, his mouth open in surprise as the one-eyed warrior lifted its head and screamed.... Optimus had heard enough, and charged towards the open ground bridge. ""Ratchet- status report, old friend- autobot or decepticon?" As Optimus reached the co-ordinates....he found nothing but sparking , twitching corpses....and a screaming warrior.
