    He does have baggy pants.

Also, Superman is totally looking down Wonder Womans top.

    $3/week or $12/month...more than 52

52 issues in 52 weeks...i see it becoming boring fast.

if its like 52 where stories will just stop then continue 6-8 issues later...it makes it more confusing and irritating.

i'll pass...interesting to say the least, but it aint worth it.

i enjoyed 52, but I kinda stopped collecting after week 31 or 32. I may pick up an issue here or there, but I guess I will wait for the inevitable trade paperback. Plus, tpbs make for good, relaxing bathroom reading.;)

I might check it out, but I really don't see a need for another weekly series after 52.

Also the backwards numbering reminds me of Zero Hour. And that's not a good thing.

I don't understand how DC planned to keep this secret for the NYCCC. Previews comes out this week, the con isn't until the weekend. This news post says Previews is next week though, and I suppose that would've made it possible... but its on the Diamond shipping list for this week.

I'm passing. The idea was nice but 52 ended up sucking a lot. The screwed up pacing of stores and to many things going at once really brought the series down for me.

Well this really is going to be nothing like 52, except that it'll come out weekly. Wizard has an interview with series overlord Paul Dini up here. Sounds pretty awesome really.

Yeah, there's an interview with Didio and Mike Marts about Countdown up on Newsarama now. It really does sound different from 52. I think I'll give it a chance.

I'm sorry, but I can't not roll my eyes at this. That art looks interesting, I like Dini and it sounds like things are actually going to happen in this one, but it's just beating a dad horse. I just can't get into it.

Besides, isn't one of the complaints about Marvel right now "too many events"? You'd think DC might wanna ease off on that.

Man, I hope not. We have enough of DC fellating Kingdom Come as it is in JSA. We don't need any more of it.
