All ROTF leader class are the same. DCPI is Target's own system. Same as for Leader Prime and Megs. Target DPCI (DePartment Class Item) numbers only tell you if they have a toy size in stock, not which toy it is. So you will only be able to tell they have ROTF Leader Class toys, not if it's Prime, Megs or Jetfire.
