Dunno, but betting like 15 bucks.

Big Update tonight, but I'll wait until the traffic dies down.

Been on the beta just over a week now, really enjoying the experience... The interface is a little iffy and I hate the text box in the bottom left, but the actual gameplay is solid.

Gonna wait until the updates are done before I post up my guy!

quick question, is there a way to lock the targeting sight? Remember I come from WoW so I;m use to having my character always looking forward and attacking whats in front of him. Hitting the movement keys and having to target with the mouse drives me up the wall.

They announced 15 bucks. First Month is free. Like it matters, if you don't end up liking it, you're out 60 bucks.

Last Night's update better have fixed the locking up, otherwise I'm waiting on this. It feels too soon for full release. There are still some nasty glitches.

Hmm, I wonder how the wife would feel about 15 bucks a month. I wanna try the beta but never got an invite and plus is a little out of my reach.

The only potential wife-selling tactic is, "I'll be playing this for months, so don't look at it as 15 bucks a month, look at it as 60 bucks less-spent on games every month because I'll be playing only one".

Later beg for forgiveness when you buy Killzone 3

I was surprised by the update from the other night. Opened up a lot more options to play with. Canned dialogue and emotes for chatting. New costume customization screen. You can now alter your color scheme instead of it being locked, an actual options/settings menu. New load screens :p

I haven't played it a whole lot since so I can't tell if it glitches or freezes as much but its definitely seeming more polished

Yeah, but even more glitchy at the same time. Sometimes when I go to MAP and then move to another section, graphical elements from the map stay on my screen.

If they work the glitches out I'm pretty excited for this.

I looked, but I can't tell if the $15 a month covers an account that enables you to play the game no matter what platform you are on.
I understand that I would need two copies of the game, and I have no illusion that the PS3 crowd and the PC crowd could cross pollinate, but if the monthly price enables you to play both versions that is a big plus for me. That way I could play on my laptop when I'm bored to death at the mother-in-laws.

I think that you can play on either platform for the same price, but I don't see that explicitly stated.

I might go at it for a month and if I REALLY like it, I might go for the lifetime. It's one time, bang and your in for life.

But they have to work out the glitches. That's it... otherwise it's been a fucking blast to play, but lockups are inexcusable.

Not necessarily, most likely you'll be able to download just the client from their website for free, while you'll need the disc for PS3. Same log-in etc etc for both. That's what would make most sense at least, and that's the way at least 1 other cross-system MMO did it.

How much is the lifetime subscription?

I think i'm gonna play it for a few months and then either sell it on, or keep at it if I really enjoy myself.
