I finally found one and not even 10 minutes outside the package...



 

Oh well, Bane wasn't that well articulated anyway. I would exchange it but this was the only one I saw. What can I do? It's out of the package, isn't even worth trying to go back to Target?

I mentioned this before, but my DC Super Heros Batman came in the package with dried super-glue all over the back of his cape. I exchanged it.

I picked up all of Wave 1 today.   No problems

 

I only have blue pegs and grey pegs bats. No problems so far.

My Scarecrow's fine- a little loose, but no problems.

The Bats isn't as articulated as the pictures we've seen for it, and has a different cape and head, but that's not a QC thing.

Pegs and Bats- does that have to do with the pegs they put in for his knees, ankles, and elbows? Like you'll see a grey peg connecting two blue parts? Really noticeable.

 

All of mine are fine, decent start to the line and hopefully it'll only get better.

 

Thanks! I returned it this morning. I was surprised they accepted it since it was opened. Oh well, I hope Mattel can design a problem free, well articulated Bane one day.
