Jeez, shocker, they're doing a Batman line. Though, why does the images of the Batman line look like they just copied Mattel's homework and used their same molds? At least they look better than Playmates' sloppy Godzilla copy.

Yeah, I'm interested to see his stuff and if it does actually end up being 6 or 7 inches since there have been some discrepancies in those reports.

Pretty impressed on what Mcfarlane toys is offering for DC comics so far. They've already have the upper hand with the updated articulation especially on their BTAS figures which is greatly appreciated.

Huh. Those don't look half bad. The sculpting and articulation might have just sold me on switching over to McFarlane's line... might.

Man, those modern Batman and Superman figures look great!!! I like the animated Batman, but something looks a bit off...just can’t figure out what. I really hope this line does well and Mcfarlane can give Marvel legends a run for their money.

Modern Batman looks fantastic, seems very much like a ML equivalent figure of the character. Animated Bats looks a bit off, like it’s mixing proportions between the BTAS and TNBA design. Hopefully McFarlane can end up producing some better BTAS figures than DC Collectibles, I was not expecting them to tackle animated stuff.

7 inch scale does suck, but if sculpt, quality, and deep lineup is in the cards, I am probably in. I see what is off about Animated Batman now, it’s the New Adventures Batman painted like the Animated Batman. I knew it looked off.

I was actually talking to a friend about these and he said the proportions and articulation look similar to the Fortnite figures. He's got some and they aren't exactly 7" figures... he said on average they're around 6.10" or so. If that the case... they may be fudgeable. Especially seeing as a lot of the stuff I currently have on display (tail end of Multiverse and Mezco One:12) all seem to stand around 6.5" and 6.8". Definitely going to have to wait and see on confirmation of their exact heights though.

Have you messed around with any of the McFarlane Fortnite stuff? If so how did they feel? Good quality? Man, I can’t believe you changed your avatar, almost didn’t know it was you! Lol

Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to handle them, but my friend likes them and I trust him. Yeah, I've had that Cyclops avatar for a long time now. I thought it was time to change to something more appropriate for my board name. :lol

I wish I wasn't using YouTube on a phone, desperately trying to find the toys in between 16 minutes of a guy in a ball cap talking and talking and talking.

Edit: Oh, animated Batman prototype looks nice. I'll have to see how slopped up the retail version ends up being.

That was the thing for me too. I understand what he's doing, but a timestamp would have helped.

Have we seen the prices on these? Are they using the 7 inches as an excuse to up the price to $24.99-29.99?
