That pic above with Toy Biz homage Bats and Joker is the Batman 80th anniversary wave according to the designer. There's a Mattel event tomorrow at Toy Fair with more info for their plans this year.

Saw the Shazam Multiverse and shampoo bottle figures a few days ago at Walmart. LOL Mattel used the photoreal treatment on the shampoo bottle figures.

Hopefully tomorrow we see the rumored Killer Croc wave that Red Robin is a part of.

Are those DCAU designs newly made or are they based on any unused concepts?

I finally got a cheap Flash. Need to find a cheap SP Wonder Woman.

I never bought any DCUC figures when they were being produced. Wish I had.

I am pretty sure it is just the character in the Animated style. Deathstroke/Jason Todd/Azrael were never in any of the Animated timeline shows. That said, they still look great.

Newly made based on "what if?" designs for the show.

I don't think you are really missing out, TBH. I signed up for the service primarily to buy all of the JL, but given their exorbitant prices and design flaws, I only ended up picking up one of the 7.

I heard the accessories were sorely lacking from the sub figures. Passed on them as well. Did DCC stick with their existing BTAS scale?

It's really sad that there is nothing to look forward to on the DC front. Hell, it really sucks being a Flash, Jonah Hex, and Spectre fan right now.

I just got the Bizzaro figure. Something about that character makes me like it more than Superman. Comes with a nice assortment of accessories that make up for lack of being a great action figure.

    Yup. DC deserves better.

And we got stuck with the loser Mattel. (though Universe Classics was a great line for the time).

At least Mezco is touching them. Just wish they'd focus more on them than the MCU figures that a million other companies are doing.

Isn't Mezco just doing their own designed versions of the characters with soft goods though? Don't get me wrong, their Darkseid looks amazing, but he looks nothing like Kirby's original design.

I want figures that are accurate to the comics.

All I'm asking for is at least a comic accurate Flash line that comes with accessories and doesn't look like Happy Meal toys.

Yeah, they take their own artistic spin on things. Sometimes successfully, sometimes not

Straight up Kirby is too plain though. The guy was banging out drawings and had to make them more simple for time constraints.

So Fwoosh walked around Toy Fair with McFarlane Toys and for DC they mentioned 22 points of articulation(like their Fortnite figures), 6-12" figures, any era/costume/size.
