Not the best scale, but I think I'm pretty okay with it. On another note, we finally started getting the Spin Master DC stuff in Taiwan. I got the Batman vs Clayface set yesterday. Absolutely love the figures. They are just fun. Got Superman and Darkseid coming later this week. So far, no individually carded releases, but hopefully they'll be out soon. For the prices, they're loads of fun.
Walmart in Jersey. I was there after a dr appointment and I went in looking for Netformers Megatron, when I saw him I canceled my Dorkside PO in the store. I didn't expect to see him this early.
I finally got around to getting the Mattel Multiverse Red Robin. First, kudos to Mattel for the improved articulation and actually putting work into the sculpted details. But, oh, why did they make him as tall as Kingdom Come Superman?
I think I'm gonna get pretty into this new Mcfarlane line, I already have the Animated series Batman I've posted here before. I plan on grabbing the #1000 Blue Batman and Superman and the Arkham Batman and Joker. I do have one request, a classic WonderWoman to complete the trinity.
Everyone's Joker seems to look good but, I think I need to pick my Batman. Real scared of getting this:
I saw 1 like that today, the other was okay and I almost picked it up but decided to wait. Looked the articulation had some hindrances and that was a big reason I didn't pose my DCC Arkham Asylum Bats (the one with universal hip joints) much.
Found a Batman at Target with absolutely perfect eye paint. Grabbed him, Joker and ran to the counter... Item can't be sold until 6/07... Batman looks a lot better in person.
So I ordered a loose NYCC Neca Batman online and it arrived today. Surprisingly, Batman is in perfect shape...but needs a new cape. He came with what looks like a Black Series Darth Vader cape. Anyone know where to get a cape for him?
Yeah, but as @Scourgatron said, you have to check his eyes as his eye qc is really weird and can be painted wrong. I'm gonna grab mine this week.
Don't worry, I found mine at walmart. Target has always been weird about that. I seem to remember the Studio Series 38 Prime debacle way to well where people were rioting in the "Most recent purchase" thread because he was appearing everywhere but was street dated for a month out.
