Yeah, that's already begun: DC Comics Discussion
Why are you posting a link to old comments in the thread I already read?
Because it's to a post with a relevant news article link...
Because it's relevant to the discussion at hand and maybe the thread is bigger than just you? Jesus, calm down...
Calm down? I asked a question, it's not like I was using caps lock or acting hysterical. Your the one who is taking a simple question as more than it is. I'm on holiday, didn't read through it clearly. Every time I get on the phone or my computer 3 minutes later I have twin 3 year old nephews jumping in my lap asking what am I doing, can you show us cat videos again. So yea I saw that it went back a few pages and asked why rather than read through every post.
ANYWAY, yes, they are starting to license out their books. But it's a sign of success, not a sign of failure. You can't get someone to shoulder your operating cost AND pay you a license fee on top of that if you're not already a popular and successful commodity.
That said, I think AT&T doesn't see the forest for the trees in terms of what DC could be as a book publisher. But AT&T's making mistakes in the moment doesn't mean that the brand DC has been building the last couple of years isn't incredibly strong.

DC Reveals Wonder Woman's New Golden Form
This isn't even her final form?
If this sticks, that would up the ante on her fights against Giganta.
I thought Superboy Prime already beat him. What the hell did I read last week, then? And when is this clusterfuck finally going to end?
He injured him, didn’t beat him.
And for ending, whether you enjoyed it or not, this all will be brought to a close next week. Death Metal #7 will close out this entire thing.
I can already see the gold variant toy McFarlane's gonna make from this.
Don’t forget another Batman who laughs
I'll believe it when I see it.

The batman who became overused and boring fast.
Oh please please please let this story end with a climactic standoff against an army of similarly-revamped Mechanical Monsters...
(I know they weren't in the serials, but it was the Fleischer cartoons - close enough, dammit.)
I approve all of this! I'm also a fan of that unnamed Native American scientist from "Electric Earthquake".
If by fast, you mean "instantly".
Separate names with a comma.
