I do feel bad for Roy fans, but on the other hand, that dead cat swinging thing was the most genuine laugh American comics have given us in decades, even if it was only unintentionally funny.

At the rate they’re going through the original Titans, I’m just waiting till they do something terrible to Donna or Garth. I mean geez what does DC editorial have against those guys?

Donna has died twice already and Garth at least once.
As for what they have against them by having adult sidekicks they think it makes there heroes look too old for readers forgetting that their main audience is no longer young kids and most of the readers are in the range of their late 20's to 40's. Kid are now a minority.

Is this the story that killed Wally? It seems kind of pointless to have even bothered bringing him back just to kill him off.

I’m referring to Dan Didio, who seems to have it out for sidekick characters growing up.

Nope. He and Poison Ivy are the only survivors of this event.

HIC ended in kind of a dud for me. honestly i was more into seeing the heroes in therapy. there was some good moments in those panels. i did like the 5 robins discussing who was who and all them thinking they dont' have a place. that was interesting. but the end result? meh....

the leviathan rising was pretty good though the jimmy olsen part was just.....stupid.

So is Poison Ivy going to be Ms. Swamp Thing from this point forward, or just until another Bat-writer decides to have all the classic Bat rogues together for another story arc?

Picked up Leviathan Rising because its cover featured the first Power Girl sighting we've had in a couple years now. Power Girl was not in the actual comic itself. I am very disappointed.

    Only time will tell.

Reminds me of Invincible Iron Man (2016 - 2018) #5 when the cover made it look like several Marvel heroes were on the cover, apparently appearing in the self that Ironheart took.

Nothing remotely close to that ever happened.

Also, given how Powergirl (both Karen and Tanya) are trapped in some alternate dimension, her explanation for being involved makes no sense.

Isn’t Leviathan a Bendis book? Wouldn’t be surprised if there was some handwaving of things here and there.

Can't imagine why DC wasn't thrilled with King or HiC

It is a Bendis book, and he’s doing it with artist Alex Maleev.

Here’s hoping it does go completely off the rails like Heroes in Crisis.

Last I remember, Karen was back in Earth 2, felt confident enough to put a S-shield over her boob-window, and was hooking up with the new Superman there, Val-Zod. Of course, technically there's a new, unrelated teenage Power Girl in the regular Earth, but nobody seems to remember her anymore.

Yeah, she's trapped in another dimension as per the last Deathstroke Annual. That's the Tanya Ismaael mentioned.

It's adorable that you think Bendis cares about continuity.
