Continuing with my quest to create figures for my personal Swamp Thing collection, I decided to focus on a character that I've wanted for a long time... Abigail Arcane/Cable/Holland is Swamp Thing's love interest and has been a huge part in his story for decades. Why she hasn't received a figure (as far as I know) yet is anybody's guess. My version of Abby is a bit of a mix of classic and new. She was made using Marvel Legends Typhoid Mary for the body, hands, and hair. Marvel Netflix Elektra provided the head and arms. Paints used were Folk Art acrylics. All-in-all, I'm pretty happy with the end result! I've never even attempted basic things like limb swaps on Legends sized figures, so having this figure come together so seamlessly was a real joy! As always, comments and critiques are appreciated!

I've picked up a couple of those guys and did the standard Swamp Thing repaint to one of them, but now you've given me the idea to find an Imaginext figure to repaint as Abby! Thank you! I've waited way too long to attempt this one, but it's mostly because I don't tend to buy many female characters. I bought Typhoid Mary specifically for the Venom BAF part, but once I had her in hand all the customizing gears started turning and here we are! Thanks for the info!
