Edit: forgot to list what I got before I bitched.

Leader SP, Megs and got the preview fig free with SP(Toys-r-us promo). Looked for Shockwave and Skyhammer but no joy. I really tried to look at some of the figures with a open mind but most looked like cheap chunky plastic.

 

They may have plenty of them, but BB's sell. He's no Skids or Mudflap.

 

Picked up Skyhammer, Megatron, and Backfire w/Spike. Expecting Leader SP and BB in the mail soon, as well as the Japanese Leader Prime with Jetpack when he releases.

BTW, anyone know when Leader Ironhide releases? I swear... he looks freaking BOSS!

Well dudes before I state my disappointment I somehow managed to pick up Sentinel Prime, Leader Bee, Ironhide, deluxe Bee, and Sideswipe, (Megs I managed to get earlier last week)......

Now I must say that I am very disappointed in the distribution thus far, I wake up this morning and go to my Target, the workers are just taking down the old stuff off the shelves, later I went to another, same deal, absolutely nothing..........now following work I went to TRU, this is where I picked up all of the above but that was practically all that was on the shelves, then I go to another Target, there wasnt even signs that they were going to put stuff out, say old shelve warming stuff that has been warming the shelves for the past year

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BIG DISPLAYS AND ALL THE TOYS????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Found Sideswipe. Saw Jolt, but didn't find Topspin, which I was really looking for. I noticed a lot of places aren't putting out the regular HA's. Only saw Bee and Skids.

I am seriously convinced on my theory on the Crankcase figs...

I was wondering that too! TRU has a Pokemon display at the front of the store, Walmart had a endcap at once store, and Target, had nothing special.

 

Picked up a few this afternoon. I really wish the MechTech weapons were a bit smaller and had no springs. Some of the weapons that I want to stay deployed wont do so...so toy surgery it is.

Anyone know when Topspin, Sideswipe, and Shockwave come out? I envy you guys that have already sighted them. Me wants them badly.

My lot for today is...

Sentinel Prime: Just like the reviews have said, very satisfying transformation. Not too complex, not overly simple. Wish he held his shield better though.

Crankcase: HOLY S*** this is my favorite of the lot. If the Dreads are all Crankcase clones, then I will buy multiples of him no questions asked.

Roadbuster: A bit disappointed. Cool robot mode, very meh vehicle mode. If he had his screen accurate alt mode, this would have been a total win.

Megatron: Looks nicely with my HFTD Battle Blades Optimus Prime. Would very much so appreciate a leader class version of him, but this toy is very nice as is. Thank god his MechTech cannon can be left deployed.

 

Just got back from W-mart and I got a Meg's and Roadbuster to go with
the Crankcase, Sentinel Prime, Ironhide, and Backfire I got this morning!
Woohoo that leaves pretty much Topspin and Shockwave to get, I got every wave-1 figure I wanted today so thank you hasbro.

so was surprise to see my toys r us was sold out except for Leader BB and Leader Sentinel Prime i got a SP since there was only two left man i should have went on my lunchbreak looks like ill have to head out this weekend

 

my toysrus had 2. Should have picked them up, but I didnt have enough cash.

 

I can't get mine to lock... How do you do it? And yes, he compliments BB Prime very well... He'll be my movie Megatron representation on my Megatron shelf while BB Prime is already there.

 

Had a pretty good haul

Picked up a Powerglide, Blackout, Skyhammer, the 4 human alliance basics, and Roadbuster, all at a TRU.

 

So far I've got Leaders 'Bee and Sentinel and Voyagers Optimus and Megatron. I was hoping for Leader Ironhide as well, since BBTS has him up for preorder this month, but nothing at the Targets and TRUs I visited. The walmarts haven't even put DOTM stuff on the shelves yet.

 

Looks like Toys R Us is the winner today for most of us...

 

I've spent too much in the past week (on restoring vintage TFs) to go scouting anything out.
At some point in the near future, I do want to pick up the deluxe Wreckers (Roadbuster, Topspin, and later still Leadfoot). If I get an extra of one of them (most likely Roadbuster), I want it painted in Denny Hamlin's (FedEx Express) colors.

 

I went out shopping today in my area and couldnt find Leader Ironhide or any of the Wreckers. Have they not been released?

 

After activating the Mechtech, you need to give the ladder/button a small turn to the side. It'll leave the ladder at an angle, and the weapon in deployed mode.

Leader Ironhide is Wave 2, I believe, and I do recall seeing the green Wrecker (Roadbuster?) at Wal-Mart when I went this morning.
