I'm not sure how reliable E! Online's "The Awful Truth" is but if true it might be a big set back. They haven't really said anything on the status of the film that I can recall. I also say Mark Hamil for voiceover.

Automatic Dialog Replacement can be considered post-production, so it still could be a snag. Though, there's more than enough voice-over actors out there that make their living in celebrity imitations that I don't really see this being a HUGE problem.

its not a very big snag at all. If this is true, it means some stressful days for the director to relive those days on the set to get the voice actor to perform the way he need him to.

Yeah last I heard he finished ADR. If he didn't, it'll come down to how much he DID finish. They'll need a sound alike...or Mark Hammil.

Exactly. Plus this hit the Super Hero Hype Boards first and was quickly picked apart and proved false. I can't remeber where they got the info from but most were sure that Heath had finished work on TDK.

If true, it will be very sad, it will mean that Heath's last role will be incomplete and lacking his essence.

This whole thing brings a new dynamic to the film. How are they going to approach all of the marketing and advertising materials, toys, promotions, etc.

Are they going to brush his death under the rug and showcase Batman more? Act as though nothing happened and keep the marketing exactly the same, or are they going to focus on Heath's last role?

Assuming he's totally done with his part in the film, I would add a dedication and change nothing else.
