    A battle ravage alternator with a head swap and some new weapons. Unfortunately due to the fact that the new head is slightly taller than the ravage one that was on him originally this figure is unable to transform correctly and hence there are no alt mode pics to show.

    Overall, this looks pretty good. I like the way you used Optimus's machine gun for him. It's a shame about the lack of alternate mode, but what can you do?
