Yeah sorry about that. I did a search and nothing popped up.
Wasn't she the leader of the Vampires in Blade: Trinity?
The movie isn't total garbage, the redesigned robot was pretty boss and Gary Oldman would have made a fine Dr. Smith in a better production. Other than that though, it was largely shit.
The only part of that movie I liked was creepy daughter character. LOL
Wait, Gary Oldman was Dr. Smith?! I never knew that!
Then again this movie came out years before he was Sirius Black so I didn't know who he was back then.
Here are the trailers to the 90s movie.
the 90's movie.
No I mean which sister: there were two of them.
ehh the younger one? i haven't seen the movie in a decade.
was never really too big of a fan of lost in space anyways. I've always preferred Ulysses 31.
Yeah this might be good since it's Netflix but I'm thinking the family will look like the old Bionic 6 not cohesive.
It would actually be a nice switch up if it was funny like the old one and not dark, depressing, and serious like the movie.
I liked it but it was just so depressing
I liked the movie except for the whole 3rd act, where Smith turned into a weird spider monster & all that.
I'll give the new show a shot. I've never especially cared for LIS, but Netflix made me love Voltron, so anything's possible.
Also, pretty sure this is the creepy daughter they mean:
Lost in Space is freaking fantastic, especially the earlier seasons. I remember watching it on USA in the mornings. They aired it and Land of the Giants together. It came on around the same time as USA Cartoon Express. Irwin Allen was a SciFi pioneer. It's a shame that so many of you don't have a strong connection to this show. It really is wonderful. But like classic Doctor Who, I guess if you missed the boat on that then it's too late to turn back time now.
Oh... and the 2004 pilot that wasn't picked up...
Notice an Orville and Agents of Shield cast member?
He means the one Lacey Chabert played.
yes. LOL that'd be the creepy daughter character.
I had to look up Parker Posey but if she is as crazy and cooky as she was in Blade Trinity that will be great.
Apparently, cooky is spelled kooky
meh. Should have at least shown the robot...
Agreed. Need that and Dr. Smith..
Oh the pain!
I thought it worked well as a teaser. They might be holding back the robot and Dr. Smith to build up excitement instead of dropping everything into just a teaser.
But I can say that it got my interest up about the show. Fingers crossed because it seem like Netflix does better with shows than they do movies.
Oh gods, the necrophiliac is playing the mother. This will not go well.
