Ok seeing all of these artist rendition of a Transformers characters persuade me to give it another go!

Optimus didn't work as much althought the top three were decent
Megatron would of been perfect had it bother to show at least ONE face!

Don't asked me what I was thinking about this? Thought it would of just made Optimus face super pale or something. Since his art is known for pale human people, I try with Spike but to no previal! Ironic that I thought H R Giger was going to be cursed images but nope, it was this instead!

 

Typed in my name just to see what kind of self portrait might appear...apparently the program thinks I'm a guy from the 1800's, white powdered wig and all...

Anyhow, Transformers is money, honey...

 

The Giger top center is a fave. I tried Giger earlier too and it's generally just too much (no Transformer) or not nearly enough (all Transformer) to really be interesting but that one pic kind of nails it somewhat.

 

So how do AI-generated images work? Does the AI find a bunch of images and mix them up to create something new?

 

In this case, I believe it's using machine learning to find the patterns in images. Like how in a lot of the pictures they get blobs of color that are pretty close to whatever you're asking it to replicate. Like for Optimus Prime, across all the images they've seen of Optimus Prime, they've picked up on the pattern of him being mostly red with blue legs, or how Soundwave is mostly blue with a gold square on his chest.

 

Megatron did 9/11

 

The biggest struggle is faces when it comes to Transformers. But Shockwave was interesting in that he is defined by his being a cyclops when it comes to his head, giving us an interesting interpretation.

 

I tried so hard to get something like this but I think without the / it just doesn't know what to do when given just 911 or 9 11.

It also didn't like BumbleBee joins Isis. But I can see how it could trip up there.

Don't know why I didn't think of this sooner! If I wanted to see Megatron face in H R Giger style then type face in the generator!

Now THIS is much better!

Sure it's not 100% perfect but still, it just need abit of adjustment. Also if Micheal Bay wanted highly details Megatron face for his movie, he should of used the middle one (oh and for Optimus, middle right is my fav)!
