I dunno, it sounds to me like it's just one of those broken English/avoid copyright problems ways of saying "Transformers." It could just be the MP-style Megs in MP-10 scale. I'd watch it! My favorite episode is already the one with the misunderstanding.
Sadly, it won't be season 1 based, so I'll pass, whatever Hypnos turns out to be. Unless Hypnos turns out to be a massively out of scale bombshell... Kidding peeps! Don't yell at me!
I don't know how he could pull it off but all the hints in the story match up pretty well with Unicron too. But he is entirely way to big to become a MP size.
When is Botcon!?!? Im sticking with my prediction of Cyclonus until I am convinced otherwise. I just don't see any strong clues here to change my mind. I think "he and his clan of evil robots that modified themselves should be stop" sounds like Cyclonus, Scourge and the Sweeps to me. Those would be perfect upcoming projects for Daca to do. Cyclonus rules, and Id probably buy Scourge and 2 Sweeps if they were awesome enough at a good price, and they don't need to be as big as Kronos. I don't see Takara doing them anytime soon. I love the new style of revealing with a teaser comic.
Im guessing its either Megs or Galv considering that Soundwave is the one who he chose to be the "messenger". Soundwave has always been the poster boy of Megs/Galvs so it would make sense that he introduces his leader to Kronos. I might be way off but I get an extra strong vibe thats its one of them. Also the word hypnos could also be referring to how unicron was using a form of hypnosis or mind control on galvatron in the 1986 movie to do his bidding. Or also in that particular episode of s3 g1 where cyclonus found galvatron in that lava pit and he first got back up and he had these sparkly rings around his head. Plus, if anything, we saw the galv teaser head, so there you go.

Hmmm... Hypnos... God of sleep and the figure doesn't look much bigger than Soundwave... Hey, Arafat.... is there any chance this fellow says 'Hypnotism, sleep, hibernation' a lot? ^^ (that rhyme sounds SO much better in Japanese :/ )
If this is MP Unicron, the figure under the sheet is probably just his head, which is a possibility. In which case, Hypnos would massive.
Surprised no one guessed Bombshell. He could control people's minds so Hypnos sort of works, and you could call the insecticons a clan of robots that modified themselves to be insects.
Cyclonus is a big guy.....I'd love to see one nearly Kronos size and I'd break my season 3 rule to get it.
Arafat also seems to be in tune with what people want and he has said this is something people have been asking for for a long time. that also points to Galvatron or Cyclonus for me. Cyclonus would be a good nemesis for Kronos. He can't be that big though. If the sweeps are seeker height, then Cyclonus could be a head or two taller.
Assuming Galvatron is gonna be around MP10 size (maybe a touch bigger?) I'd love him to be this big in comparison. Would be awesome.
