Is this thing basically just a new figure based on the TR legends? Might look great as the head of a Sharkticon pack....interesting...
Looks like 90% the same mold as the generations one...
90% sure its an entirely new mold, but identical engineering minus the titan master eating gimmick. I just hope its bigger.
Plain and uggo. They actually did improve the legs and head a lot, but ick, way to skimp on the paint.
it is a new mold that is roughly based on the legends figure, but larger being a warrior class and with mushroom joints for the elbows rather than ball joints
Is this the first Cyberverse Warrior that includes an accesory?
technically doesnt windblade? her turbines shoot out or something like that?
"Generations (plural, toyline title) one (pronoun)", not "Generation One" (unofficial toyline title, lacking a pronoun).
As in, the Titans Return Legends Class figure.
The Cyberverse figure definitely takes a lot of design cues from that one:
Does it even count as an accessory if it's partsformation? :X
Do the Alternators figures' guns that turn into engines count as accessories?
Alternators had accessories. It's too much to clamor this one as a Cyberverse Warrior with an ccessory as if it was any boon or quality to this figure when the only reason it's there is to cut corners on gimmick and transformation. sure it got an accessory... It's also a figure unable to from a complete alt mode without this part. On an Alternator you can keep the engine or lack of it under the hood.
I like this guy, he's kind of doing a Generations Gnaw better than the actual Generations Gnaw.
so its based on the titans return engineering. but they made the arms worse? why? they replaced the ball jointed elbows with mushroom pegged swivels. WHY?!
What does Hasbro have against balljoints?
Ball joints have a tendency to become very loose with wear, coupled with potential tolerance problems for the individual specimen. That's not so much of an issue with mushroom joints.
Ball joints are genius.
Might get to troop build Sharkticons
Those proportions and sharing a bunch of the arm and leg engineering mistakes of the Titan Return figure is quite a deal breaker for me.
Mistransformation of the stockphoto aside (his arm clearly swivels up on robot mode), this looks like a fun addition to the TR version as some kind of pack leader.
