I wish they still sold Tiny Turbo Changers in stores....no one carries them near me. They made for a nice impulse buy here and there.

Dead at Target, Walmart and Kroger, which is pretty much the extent of toy retail in my area. :(  Even Siege Micromasters are disappearing...

    Good to know. Thanks!:thumb

I agree these little guys are hard to find (and let's face it, when one is seeking just one character in particular, the online stores with a 'buy one single bag' option is neither practical nor money/time-efficient:( ...the only way would be to find them in a store and check the codes on the bag yourself, something equal to mission impossible in Europe)

Odd that Sideswipe's robot mode doesn't have a pic yet(aside from the box). I'm curious to see how much paint he has aside from his head.

I still want Silverbolt (love that muted grey) and Acid Storm. Jazz is a lot plainer in robot mode than I was expecting (I was hoping for a little more black paint), so he's getting skipped.

I like how Grimlock’s transformation is still true to his G1 counterpart.

Man these are seriously mistransformed. Shockwave and Blackarachnia can clearly rotate their chests around.

Are these going to be online only? Because I want a sealed Blackarachnia and that’s going to be a bitch to get if I can’t look at the codes myself...

I didn\'t even know it was possible to mistransform a Tiny Turbo Changer. How do you transform them perfectly the first time, and then mess it up the second time? You didn\'t even need to make new stock photos for them!

Here in Seattle, Fred Meyer (our Kroger "local affiliate") dumped 'em for deadstock Botbots. They still have full pegs of POTP and I wouldn't be surprised to see some Combiner Wars in the mix, too...

Do we have a list of how many are straight repacks vs new/redeco, also?

There are zero new toolings in Series 2.

Four figures are redecos of Series 1 figures:
    • Acid Storm (from Starscream)
    • Autobot Jazz (from Autobot Drift)
    • Sideswipe (from Autobot Hot Rod)
    • Silverbolt (from Jetfire)

The remaining eight figures are straight re-releases of Series 1 figures:
    • Blackarachnia
    • Bumblebee
    • Grimlock
    • Megatron
    • Optimus Prime
    • Prowl
    • Decepticon Shockwave
    • Soundwave

In other words, Hasbro taking cheapass to epic new lows. Oh well, means I only need to buy four if I ever find 'em. :)

I'm not sure if that's exactly an "epic new low". Look at wave 2.5 of Takara's Smallest Transforming Transformers released back in 2004, which included exactly one new figure, namely Hot Rodimus, plus a new Thundercracker redeco of Starscream and an "anime" redeco of Convoy's trailer from wave 1. The rest of the wave was made up of Soundwave and Starscream from wave 1, Megatron and Meister from wave 2, and the "anime" redeco of Convoy from wave 2 (the original version of Convoy was released in wave 1).

There was another figure, Skids, and accessory parts for Megatron which were both on display at a show but ultimately never released.
