Hi This project is quite simple. A while ago I got Slipstream from Cyberverse, and I have to say that I like the aesthetics of this series; it's a little more cartoon and I feel like the characters look like youthful versions, they're visually fun. Before I did custom Shockwave and Soundwave warrior class, in both I articulated the head and made painting details. This time it is the turn of Slipstream, who has a good mold but because of the gimmick the legs are a block. Fortunately, the base of the legs can be taken apart, so my job was easy. I put on a double balljoint, thighs that are from some Energon figure (maybe from a combiner, I really don't know), and joined with the original legs; I removed the legs from the thighs. I also removed the springs part of the gimmick, so that it can move on its own, and made some paint applications. The image of the series, the arts and the different figures have a very different color order, so I only put some Formentera Blue on the wings / backpack, Violet Electra on the knees and turbines and some details. The plastic is really very vibrant colors, so I didn't think it was necessary to do more. So i have a new ladycon on my team, now i need a Strike/Alphastrike. That looks amazing. I was tempted to make a Slipstream via the second Starscream, but this looks so much better.
Thank you. I love her with her new legs. Thank you! Thank you so much! If you can get one Slipestream, try with her, her colors are so nice.
I did the smart a few months ago ! I'm glad to hear that someone else had the excellent eye to do this as well!
