i am happy to see WHIRL make his first cartoon appearance. Sort of wish they would make whirl a female though, like rescue bots and original cartoon where the toy came from ( Dorvak )

 

Anyone else think hammer byte is related to sky byte

Man this show has been super good and looks to keep getting better. Love that theyre making original characters.

 

Well looks like we now know what Thunderhowl looks like fully and wasn't expecting a new sharkformer that's an Autobot. Wonder if that's BW Cybershark? As for the 3rd season I can't help but wonder that from the way it's set up, This is like the "final" chapter on the G1 aspect of Cyberverse which means the next part could be about BW centered stories? I mean so far we have Cheetor showing up and a couple of new beast formers along with this looking to be the end of the Autobot and Decepticon war so it's possible.

 

Don't forget the concept art that goes with! Some things I caught in the trailer:
-Whirl is in the show, and joins up with Optimus either early on or before the halfway point. Thunderhowl's with him
-Insecticons are back
-Shadowstriker next to Optimus? Roulette Standin?
-All new characters appeared, though Meteorfire is a blink-and-miss
-No Iaconus, meaning he is going to show up later, presumably when Croaton returns
-Chromia and Dirge are going to return, meaning Perceptor, Ramjet, and Maccadam should as well
-Dead End is among Megatron's troops on Cybertron
-Chromia might be a resistance leader on Cybertron

 

The Autobot shark is hammer byte

 

I really love the look of Thunderhowl's toy, looks like an ancient cybertronian gladiator. Are these all warrior class toys?

 

I think, Except thunderhowl whose a deluxe

 

Oh yeah I remember that name a while back. I figured it was likely the new name a potential Cyberverse Airhammer was going to have but hey this works too.

 

Gosh, loving where they're going with this. Autobots return after a long voyage only to have a Decepticon ruled Cybertron? Radical (Although, now that I say it like that, it is a bit Beast Machines. Not complaining though!). Also loving the Autobot designs here! The knight-like apparel on some of them looks really good, and the splotches of dirt and grim looks good too (I'm assuming they're Autobot resistence cells to the Decepticon's rule). The real standout for me though is Wildwheel. An Autobot desperado? Radical.

Really looking forward to seeing what they do next with Cyberverse!

 

I wonder if Wild Wheel turns into a wheel as an homage to Revenge of the Fallen Jetfire\'s father turning into a wheel? Am I remembering that right?

Cyberverse may be the "Kids Show" but dang if it isn't getting to be a murderpit as bad as the UK comics and/or IDW!!!
