A common staple of modern Transformers mainlines is the introduction of a subline imprint, to keep the line "fresh" in the eyes of retailers. This usually means a redesigned packaging... and often, it's not just the new toys that feature the new packaging design, but also the old ones, so they don't look out of place on a store shelf side by side with the new ones.

Cyberverse is no exception. What's new, though, is that these appear to be given new UPC barcodes compared to the original versions.
